Love these electrolytes, was struggling to find a nice mildly sweet but still salty electrolyte here in NZ and love these (so does my 18 month old boy) really helping my pregnancy cramps at night and in general feeling great from having them! Awesome addition at breakfast time to give me an extra energy boost along with my coffee. Definitely makes a difference...1 or 2 capsules at breakfast and sometimes 1 in the afternoon if needed with a drink.
