Hi all, I mixed some of this Keto Chow into Greek yoghurt.....set it in the fridge, put cream on top and could only eat a few tasty spoonfuls.....it was delicious but I've been sweet free for so long.....I've curbed my sugar monster.....so now I have something which I know I can enjoy every time my taste buds say "sweet please"
