I’ve been on a hunt for salty electrolytes for a while. The pack I got is great as you can sample nine different flavours and I happy to share I didn’t like only two of them. So next time I’ll know which ones to avoid. I love the saltiness of the drink, electrolytes keep my headaches at bay. I’ll be getting more!

I really like these Electrolytes. I must say though - I probably use 1 sachet per litre so it goes a lot further than I expected. I would say experiment a little with what testes good - especially if you are on a low card / low sugar diet.
Love these electrolytes, was struggling to find a nice mildly sweet but still salty electrolyte here in NZ and love these (so does my 18 month old boy) really helping my pregnancy cramps at night and in general feeling great from having them! Love the mixture of the pack to try figure out favourite flavors.
